How do I get started?
For a limited time, your first two sessions are free. We'll get to know each other as we start working on what matters most to you, so you can feel what coaching is like before choosing a package.
Why invest in coaching?
When a career no longer fits, physicians cut back, change jobs or retire early. Those decisions are worth far more than a coaching package, and they're often made in a hurry.
Dropping to 80%, for example, can mean giving up a fifth of your income every year. But if you're already spending 8 extra hours a week working evenings and weekends, changing how you work might get those hours back without a pay cut. Coaching gives you the time and structure to make that kind of decision on purpose: to see which changes you actually need, which you don't, and what to try first.
Why work with me?
I've practiced medicine since 2003 and coached since 2023, and that combination is what you're paying for. As a dermatologist, I've cared for some patients over decades. Those relationships taught me to listen for what isn't being said, and to help people make changes that last. Coach training through The Life Coach School and Empowering Women Physicians gave those instincts a framework. And because I know medicine from the inside, we start on your situation in the very first session.
Packages
Clarity: 6 weekly sessions, $2,700
For physicians who know something has to change but can't yet see what. The goal: a clear decision about what to change (your schedule, your role, your practice setting, or how you work) and your first steps.
Redesign: 12 weekly sessions, $5,000
For physicians ready to make the change. We reach the same clarity, then work through it together: the hard conversations, the negotiation, and the first months of doing things differently.
All sessions are one-on-one, 50 minutes, on Zoom. Life in medicine is unpredictable, so you have up to three extra months to finish your sessions if you need to reschedule.
